I haven't ever heard this one!

But I would venture to say that it's because they haven't gone in front of Congress and petitioned for one!

Hmmm ... I wonder how long it would take to pass such an initiative?

Plus, if I were them, I'm not so sure I would want my history plastered all over the media!
