Our ancestors were originally promised 40 acres and a mule. As our Native American brothers and sisters would say, 'White man speaks with forked tongue.'

Interest has been accruing. There were 36,419,434 black Americans counted in the 2010 census. We are now owed over 36,419,434 mules and over 1,456,777,360 acres of land (or 227,621.4 square miles, about the size of Texas).

Our tax dollars helped pay for reparations to American citizens of Japanese descent unjustly forced into concentration camps during WW2. We had nothing to do with this unjust policy. Yet, we were forced to pay for a crime (against humanity) we did not commit. Our ancestors were abducted (against their will) from Africa and forced into a barbaric and inhuman form of slavery that latest a few hundred years; labeled 3/5 of a human being; had no rights until the mid-1960s, rights that we still fight for today; still treated as inferior beings or marginalized in society, etc. but we have received zero recompense, not even a $!#@& apology!
