I just gave you a study from the CDC. The exact same government org that published the study this article uses to make the claim that black fathers spend more time nurturing their kids. It sounds to me that you think that any facts that don't agree with your narrow view of the world are "racist propaganda". Things won't change in the black community until you recognize that the problem is from within. You act like the lack of a father in the home has no affect on the black community. If you believe that then you're hopeless.
