Well, I still haven't gotten through this whole thing, but so far, I have no problem believing every bit of this story!! Every last piece of dirt!

But I think you two are kinda saying the same thing. Yes, Vox, most of the African leaders need to have a change of heart ... or be changed altogether, because those that aren't in bed with the West are (usually brutal) dictators, and either way, the people don't have a chance.

And yes, OA, it is the people that need to, and will have to, make such a change in their leadership in order for there to be any forward progress.
