You know what? This is what I don't get. Why would a hospital have food that is not good for human consumption? That would be the last place....right? And yet you go into the cafeteria and find hot dogs, sausages, links, bolonga, bacon etc all for the serving. First, we need to start with health professionals who are buying this stuff and feeding it to patients and the visitors. Make them accountable. What? They're trying to STAY in business? I think this is a CRIME. We have the ability to grow good food but don't. To teach better nutrition but don;t. And then we complain when folks get sick. Something is smelling awfully fishy...........but!
