Bottom line: CF is mad that Conservative/Republican ideology is not popular in the Black Community and that many in his own community don't share his ideology. Therefore, he accuses Black leadership of being part of some mass White liberal plot, and he accuses them of being racist and subvertive.

He feels that therefore, by default, all Blacks should automatically get behind and support Republican and Conservative ideologies.

There is a reason that there are not that many Black Republicans/Conservatives: THE IDEOLOGY HAS NO PLAN FOR AFRICAN-AMERICA, AND ITS GOALS ARE NOT THE GOALS OF THE DISADVANTAGED. THE GOP IS A PARTY OF RICH/MIDDLE-CLASS 50-YEAR WASP MEN.
