How close is what they are injecting to the Ogalala Aquifer?

If they are producing high pressure and the pressure in the aquifer is going down could the stuff they are injecting leak into the aquifer?

I haven't heard this in the media but when I saw the map of fracking in Oklahoma I knew the Ogalala was somewhere near by.

So what will they say if they contaminate the aquifer? OOPS!
