I should say not, because neither I, nor the indigent, are convinced....
........convinced as it applies to the Bush Administration being solely responsible for the abysmal failure of government and its relationship with them that took place in New Orleans!
....More likely, these individuals, as it applies to far too many of the Black middleclass, Stuck on Sleazy Black Preachers, our own disgraceful elected representatives fit the description of being treasonous, Hat n Hand Handkerchief Head Negroes, are backwards, kiss up to ignorance, praise misfits, and/or must be ignorant, etc., etc.
It is certain that the Black indigent in distress as televised on September 13, 2005 airing of the, Dr. Phil Show, specifically as it applies to the topic, Stories of Triumph, "Elaine, the Blackwell Family, Darrin and Tea, Terry and Nikell, and/or their family members" are not blaming their circumstances on President Bush, on the Bush Administration, Racist Caucasians, etc., etc., when it was stated clearly and forcefully on the Dr. Phil Show, by each of these individuals that local politicians did absolutely nothing to help them escape the life threatening conditions each of these individuals faced!
