Miss-used, Unappreciated, And Disrespected: Reparations

Afrikan Americans were emancipated from slave labor and service (Slavery) officially on January 1, 1863. The Emancipation Proclamation says that, "I hereby enjoin upon the people so declared to be free to abstain from all violence, unless in necessary self-defense; and I recommend to them that, in all cases where allowed, they labor faithfully for reasonable wages".
The speeches of Congressman and the voices of the people leading up to emancipation asserted that it was inhumane to hold another person in Bondage and sited the murders, rapes and assaults be committed on Black Africans substantiating that inhumanity.
Reconstruction resulted in Black Africans migrating to the North to labor faithfully for a reasonable wage and because of Southern violence and the up kept under funded and un- fulfilled promises to the new people, Afrikan Americans. The term Negro derived from the Spanish (Latin) Language and had something to do with the endeavor to expand Slavery into the Western territory and the Mexican war. Intellectuals coined the word Negro because of the one percent Negroid blood that included biological integration, but was not an appropriate conviction because the integration was not with Hispanic, but an Political endeavor to unite and survive the times.
The United States has reconstructed every country it has destroyed without having to apologist.
In 1993 The United States Enacted Public Law 103-150:
To acknowledge the 100th anniversary of the January 17, 1893 overthrow of the Kingdom
Of Hawaii and to offer an apology to Native Hawaiians on behalf of the United States for the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii. A Hawaii became a State in 1959.
On Two occasions Japanese Americans held in detention camps have been officially Apology to. Once receiving payments around $ 2,000.00 and then again in 1988 the survivor receiving 20,000.00.
Neither party will even entertain the idea of Reparations to Afrikan Americans for slavery even if only in the form of a Constitutional Apology.
