You see this is the problem. Anyone who disagrees with anything Israel does is labled anti-semitic. It is funny actually to hear Larry Elder say this, because he is always saying that blacks are always pulling out the "race card".
I am SO freakin' tired of being labeled anti-semetic if I critise the well-documented human rights violations of the Israli government or the aggressiveness and narrow-mindedness of zionists. Since when does crticism of a GOVERNMENT translate into a racial dislike of the PEOPLE of the government??? Whenever someone lobs that "anti-semetic" charge at me, I ask them if they agree with how the Chinese government handled protestors in Tianamen Square, and when they inevitably say no, I ask why they're racist against Chinese people. Even so, few get the point that a race of people exists independently of the policies of their government.
In the eyes of the US gov't, Israel can do no wrong. Israel is to ignorant US Zionism-supporters what Shirley Temple was to White American audiences.
At another forum, I called Israel an apartheid state because they treat non-White Jews and non-Whites and non-Jews in general in Israel like second-class citizens, especially the native Palestinians. And some Republican and a Zionist called me a "Jew hater".
