Reply to "Juneteenth -- Is A Slave Holiday"

I agree Sista Fine with you about them stealing everything from us and then using it for themselves,  But I do believe that in order to achieve what we as an African culture used to have it will takes steps to get back to that...sometimes small steps.  I see this holiday as an acknowledgement of what happened to us and when CRT is finally taught in schools [and it will] that will be another step toward justice for the inhumanity done toward our people.  And because the European is afraid of this exposure.....he[and she] is working hard to keep their kids from knowing the real truth about so called American history-how brutal and inhumane their ancestors were toward other human beings....that super hero image will splatter before their eyes.  And it will also be revealed that they NEEDED us to survive cuz  they could not do it on their own land in Europe and their kids will also find out that they were enslaved too right there in their own land by the own people and that's where slavery originated but it was called something different but it still held people against their will all over Europe.  And their kids will know that 1619 did not begin their [white people's] history-their [white people/European] history began in the land they ran from {Europe] but 1619 is significant because it is the time Africans went through hell here in the New World and the Americas and it will show that the  Pilgrims were not friendly newcomers but monsters who killed the Amerindians already living on the land while forcing enslaved Africans to work that land.  CRT will tell ALL the truth about the Europeans'  voyages to Africa, the Americas and the New World.  And it ain't what is in America's history books. But!
