Its time for black folk to be honest about black folk

I don’t get it, when the proliferation of black Mayors happen to head highly black populated cities throughout the United States black unemployment remained high relative to our white counterparts.  Now with a Black President the Congressional Black Caucus boo hoos about the President and his lack of attention to the problems of black unemployment.  Whom specifically is the CBC talking about?  I wonder if they are they referring to those millions of sagging pants blacks found in every hood in America, the erring wearing tattooed brothers who can’t read and can barely write their own names.  Or perhaps the CBC is referring those the hip hoppers for whom culture rules their world rather than gaining skills for high wage jobs so that their illegitimate black children can have a half of a chance after they get shot dead.  Or maybe the CBC is talking about the nationwide multitude after multitude of young teenage brothers and sisters who didn’t finish high school, have numerous children out of wedlock and are not married, - is the CBC talking about unemployment among these Negroes?

Like the above mentioned Negroes is it possible that the CBC is talking about unemployment among the millions of blacks with no skills to speak of, - no electrical engineering skills, plumbing skills, technical skills of any kind or building trade skills, heavy equipment operator skills or even a simple Commercial Drivers License to drive a cement or garbage truck?  Even if Obama convinced the Republican Congress to approve and allocate trillions in government funds for projects like building high-speed rail, green jobs in solar energy and computer chip technology, how many of the sagging pants, gold tooth dreadlock wearing blacks can fill them?  How many possess the necessary knowledge and skills to compete for these kinds of jobs and more importantly how many blacks even have the desire, inclination and drive to gain the skills necessary for high wage employment?

Or maybe CBC is saying all blacks are unemployed, skills or no skills education or not!

What would the CBC have Obama to do about these Negroes?  What proposals have the CBC put forward for employing the millions upon millions of gold teeth, dreadlock erring up tattooed sagging pants Negroes with no skills other than baby making?  Maybe the President should go to the Conservative Republican Congress and ask then to set aside billions of dollars so that these blacks can have free government chicken and jobs!  What is the President supposed to do?  What can Obama do about blacks that can’t compete in the job market in the same manner as those blacks who compete in the NFL and NBA?   Is it possible that some of this explains the real reasons for high black unemployment rather than blaming as the CBC does the first black President of the United States of America for allegedly ignoring the needs of millions of black ignorant and unskilled workers?
