Reply to "I had to post this: Paula Deen's Most Outrageous Recipes"

They need to leave Paula Deen alone because these lavish outrageous dishes no where near are anything that she made on average.  She always said on her show that 'if you are concerned about weights, etc., then you're watching the wrong show.'  But, also, she did often say "in moderation," and she was cooking "comfort food."  Comfort food cooked by anyone is usually very fattening food.  But, really, the American food supply is so contaminated toxic chemicals, animal hormones, man-made preservatives, excess salt, excess sugar, and God only knows what genetically engineered food products, that Paula Deen's recipes are no where near what Americans should be worried about.  The fact is, almost ALL food in the American diet is fattening, regardless to how it is prepared.  Only people who eat Organic fruits and vegetables and leave off all animal products and animal fats MAY be spared obesity or ill health.  Others are just lucky that they have high metabolisms and/or genes that keep them slim and trim, without working out every day like it is a job.
