Hit the GO tab up top

GO -> My Space -> Profile -> View/Edit Complete Profile -> Avatar/Picture URL edit

It's pretty self explanatory from there ... enter a URL for whatever pic you're interested: i.e., something like

http: //www .lemonaid .com/...../....something.jpeg

you can post up to 200x300 or there abouts
