Hide your scale!
The scale only gives you a total weight lost number. It can't tell you whether you've lost bodyfat, water weight or muscle. Invest $15 in a set of bodyfat calipers and learn how to do a 1 or 3 site skinfold test.
Based on water and mineral intake, a person's bodyweight can vary 3-5 pounds daily. A scale is only reliable after 10 days of consistent readings combined with a caliper measurement.
