Thanks for the read One. I have been reading about fasting both MODERN and ANCIENT and it all begins with the MENTAL (WITHSTANDING TEMPTATION and MAINTAINING A STRICT DIETARY MATTER) ABILITIES.
I agree MILK can and does give the best LIQUID and SOLID nutrition in ONE GLASS or CUP but our people are sometimes LACTOSE intolerant or MILK starts to lose APPEAL when we get past PUBERTY to just MAINTAINING until that DESIGNATED DAY.
Even the COW knows when to QUIT MILK and eat SOLID FOODS especially GRASS.
Any IDEA about the EFFECTS of PASTEURIZED MILK and LIFE LONGEVITY?
ALSO with WHEAT I dont know, I think where it is GROWN and MADE is a MAJOR FACTOR in whether it will do any GOOD for the BODY for LONGEVITY. I am saying the FURTHER AWAY it is from YOU the LESS GOOD it will be FOR YOU....(MY SUPERSTITUOUS OUTLOOK)
But it still stays with the first requirement which is MENTAL.
