I have a sneaking feeling that Mandela relied on the Chinese to be honest with him and to know what they were talking about. But, really, where China is concerned, they have relinquished an enormous amount to the "private sector", evidence of this is the fact that China, a Communist country, has taken over virtually the entire American market, jobs and production. So, technically the Chinese told the truth.
The professor is correct in saying that Detroit should serve as a warning to All other American cities, especially those that are in financial trouble. I'm sure that Detroit was used as their guinea pig to socially condition the American public, American citizens to become desensitized to illegal and unconstitutional reaches of corporate influence over people's rights and even the law.
