It is amazing that all that is not a deterrent to crime.

 

But this is not only about committing crimes, it is about scrounging up excuses to have people arrested and put in prisons and making up not only charges, but also "debts" to have an excuse to arrest and imprison people, poor people, Black people.  

 

This is only another scheme of the Prison Industrial Complex System concocted to make up the slack in (Black) people they had projected would be criminals in this country; since their long range projections of how many people/Black males actually do or will commit crimes has proven to be wrong, now they have to make up the slack by going after poor people for debts they cannot afford to pay, and by going after people/(Black) females for misdemeanors, and things like the extremely broadly interpreted "conspiracy"  laws (something I had predicted years ago).
