Awww dang, Kevin! That just breaks my heart!!

I know just what areas they're talking about and just how what happened happened! I saw it all and they're absolutely right! I just didn't know it was to that "very poor" level! Seeing my hometown decline to such a state like that just makes my bottom lip wanna poke out!!
