While I agree with you that its not black owned airplanes or boats that bring drugs into our neighborhoods, neither are their white folks making black people ingest, snort or whatever else they do to put this poison into their bodies. Personal choice does that, not conspiracy.
While the economic conditions in our neighborhoods have been brought on by the manipulation of economic and social factors, the fact remains that there are plenty of folks in the hood who have managed to stay off the poison as a personal choice.
