but I percieve the problem to be rather miniscule compared to the difficulties that face this nation today.
You have stated that Black people seem to be disproportionately targeted, as we seem to be in many negative occurrences. Surely you can see why these type of subjects would tend to make us a little nervous. We live in a country where the Black race has always been persecuted. There is absolutely no reason for us to believe that all of a sudden, men will get an attack of conscience and realize their unfair treatment of us. And so we will ever remain vigilante and guarded against a country that uses us because we are Black, misuses us because we are Black and abuses us because we are Black. And living in such a country, why would we dismiss what we suffer every day, to be concerned about what is happening to a country that cares little or nothing for us. Either way we are screwed. If we support amerikkka, in their time of need, we are doomed for more punishment and abuse now, and when the need is no longer there; and if we don't we are contributors to her demise. The only difference being, we get to say, how we will go out. I for one would rather stand afar off and watch Babylon go down in flames, than to stand in the mist of the fire, knowing I was patriotic to the last fiery abuse.
