However, that blind statement about Katrina as GOD's wrath is so off target. It just amazes me how stupid Nagin is. This blackop exercise was planned for years by the gub'ment and triggers by an environmental weapon of choice. But then how could it ever be expected that Nagins' eyes be open he is from the same group that tells his children there's a Santa Claus, tooth fairy, and Easter Bunny...
