How many civilians (especially women and children) did Clinton's bombing of Iraq hurt/maime/kill?

And how many has Bush's caused? (Oh, I forgot ... our government is unable to give an adequate count as this time!)

So, does that mean that people like you who are in favor of this war believe that there haven't been any such casualties??
