Initially, when I saw the photo of the officer in the article, I assumed the story was something out the 50s or 60s but this incident occurred in 2013?

WTF??????

Of course the officer should've been terminated, he can't be trusted. He's a walking liability to some unfortunate, innocent, unarmed black man, woman or child.
