Alexander Hamilton was the son of a European man, and a (free) mother of African ancestry who immigrated to the 'mainland'. John Adams called him 'that creole bastard'. He may, indeed, looked...and lived...as a 'white' man...but... Passing is really 'old school'. MBM, and I had this discussion a few years ago. I'll try to find the link I used then. PEACE Jim Chester

http://www.sparknotes.com/biog...milton/section1.html That is a link to a history on his mother, Rachael Fawcett. I seem to recall that during my discussion of this with MBM, it was revealed that Ms Fawcett was, or was a part of a family that was 'Hugenot'...a European religion of the day. It was further determined that she was of (unknown) African ancestry. PEACE Jim Chester

Yeah, if you could find that link I'd appreciate it. I've had an interest in hamilton for a long time, but nothing I've seen indicates his mother was black. She was a troubled woman, but it looks like she was of French descent, with possibly some Jewish background. Just because she was from the Caribbean and had unstable marriages doesn't mean she was black. And the word "creole" in those days mostly meant a person of European heritage born in the Caribbean or Louisiana. It took on a more...

As search of this site might produce the earlier conversation. Creole, as I have read it, indicates Canadians, typically, from Nova Scotia and maybe (and that other eastern province). These folks 'mixed' with Europeans with and Africans in both the Caribbean, and Louisiana. Those who 'mixed' with other Europeans were call 'Cajuns'. Those who 'mixed' with Africans, of any proportion, were called 'Creole'. Ask The Gumble Brothers, The President of The Urban League, or almost any printed source...

Is morality at issue here? It’s a big fish fight. This came from Russia. It was supposedly used as an excuse by Russia to attack its neighbors. The US said it restricted freedom of speech and the right to gather. Who knows? Human rights may have nothing to do with it. Major nations are immoral. They allow genocide unless there’s a dollar to be made in the big fish, little fish world of predators.

Wicked people! It isn't just contraceptives and vaccines that are being used to murder or sterilize the darker skinned people of the earth (especially blacks), it is also the food we eat . GMO foods are bad for human beings and animals. These type of foods were designed to withstand herbicides (weed killers), which is the reason they are also called 'Roundup-Ready' foods. GMO foods are also designed to kill insects that eat them by rupturing their stomachs. It matter which kind of insect.
